Pleased to present my new keynote ‘What matters most? at Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers (GSF Show) conference. I draw upon insights garnered from Chatters that Matters podcast, presented by RBC.
After the keynote I put on an interactive workshop on how to counter Amazon rising bank of ambitions, and then co-hosted the GSF awards show.

Lost Ark features a wide variety of classes, each designed with unique combat mechanics, strengths, and weaknesses. A tier list helps players quickly identify which classes perform best after the latest balance patches and content updates. Support classes like Paladin and Bard remain highly valuable in group content, while damage dealers such as Soul Eater and Breaker continue dominating high-level raids. However, rankings can change as Smilegate introduces new patches and classes. Players should use tier lists as a starting point for decision-making, but ultimately select classes they enjoy and feel comfortable mastering for both solo and team-based activities.
